Shipping:
MaltaSportsOnline offers a 48 hour free shipping policy for purchases over €46.59(Lm20), and a nominal charge for purchases below €46.59(Lm20). If you have received a satisfactory product but are, in any way, unhappy with the delivery, please contact us immediately with your complaint.
Returns:
Returns are not a problem! We see two reasons for you to want to return your goods, and thus offer different solutions:

If the product that has arrived at your end is defective, we offer three solutions for you to choose from:
- Replacement with a similar product: If you take this option we will pick up the product and deliver a replacement product within three working days. All costs will be borne by us. All we require is visibility of defect upon collection. This offer holds for 5 days from delivery of initial product.

- Credit note refund with a 10% discount: If you take this option we will pick up the defective product and forward you with a credit note refund including a 10% discount. All we require is visibility of defect upon collection. This offer holds for 5 days from delivery of initial product.
Choose option (b)
- Money Back: If you would like a money-back refund, we will do so within 5 days of collecting the defective product. All we require is visibility of defect upon collection. This offer holds for 5 days from delivery of initial product.

You may be unhappy with the choice made, or size chosen, or the general appearance of the product of your choice.
If you notify us within 3 days of the delivery of the product, we will pick it up at no extra cost and provide you with a credit note for the same value. The credit note holds a ‘3-months apply’ period.
